Long Beach celebrates Halloween in the Plaza

Halloween In The Plaza was Saturday, Oct. 26 in Kennedy Plaza from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Children and families came in costumes and had a blast at Arts In the Plaza’s annual Halloween bash. People were dressed as movie characters, comic book heroes and other popular culture icons. Children took part in a costume parade and dance party, showing off their fashion and dancing skills.

Studio Noir played some live tunes to keep the groove going throughout the day.

Families trick-or-treated all around the plaza, getting some tasty and sugary treats. Handcrafted art by local artists was sold as well.
