Neighbors gathered at East Rockaway Jr./Sr. High School on Monday to recognize the service men and women that have died for the country.

Due to poor weather, the East Rockaway Memorial Day parade was cancelled. However, the village hosted a ceremony at the high school with dozen in attendance.
