Oceanside resident to become president of the Nassau County Bar Association

On June 2, lifelong Oceanside resident Greg Lisi was appointed president-elect of the Nassau County Bar Association. He will serve a one-year term and then officially become president in June 2021.

Island Park Chamber of Commerce shows that #IPCares

On Saturday, the Island Park Chamber of Commerce handed out dozens of gift certificates to local businesses for residents as part of its #IPCares initiative. The event was a stimulus program where the chamber awarded about $3,000 in the form of $50 gift certificates and other grants to residents, which are redeemable at more than 25 Island Park businesses.
