Outrageous Oyster Bay Scavenger Hunt

Your creative, nontraditional scavenger hunt begins at a scenic spot that's a local favorite. You'll get your digital quest from your live and interactive remote host. Then you’ll take off on your own to experience a wide variety of carefully curated locations in town. You'll walk or drive to the various checkpoints as you interpret creative tasks, accept wacky challenges, and get outside your comfort zone!

A Spider Man meet and greet

Glen Cove families can join Spider Man for Spideriffic books and superhero training. This program is sponsored by The Friends of the Glen Cove Public Library, and is limited to Glen Cove cardholders.

Due to high program demand and limited space for children, patrons who register and do not show up two times without cancelling in advance will automatically be placed on the waiting list for future programs. Patrons may cancel using the “my registrations” link on the library calendar, calling youth services at (516) 676-2130, or emailing kids@glencovelibrary.org

The event will be held on Nov. 25, from 2 to 3 p.m. at the Glen Cove Public Library, 4 Glen Cove Ave.
