Criminal mischief

A motorist reported that her vehicle’s mirror was damaged while her car was parked in a lot near S. Centre Avenue overnight on July 24 at 10 a.m.

Graffiti

At 12:08 p.m. on July 26, graffiti was found on the Demott Avenue walk bridge.

Larceny

On July 15 at 9:45 a.m., a Merrick Road resident reported that the air conditioning unit outside of her apartment was stolen.

A trailer was reported stolen from a lot on Maple Avenue on July 30 at
4:29 p.m.

Leaving the scene

At 12:53 p.m. on July 14, a motorist reported that her vehicle was struck by a car that left the scene while it was parked on Lakeview Avenue.

A motorist reported that his vehicle was hit by a car that left the scene while parked in a lot near Front Street on July 15 at 8:49 p.m.

On July 15 at 9:03 a.m., a driver reported that his vehicle was struck by a car that left the scene while it was parked on Merrick Road.

At 4:45 p.m. on July 16, a bicyclist was hit by a car that left the scene while he was riding on Merrick Road. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment of minor injuries.

A motorist reported that her vehicle was struck by a car that left the scene while she was driving on Sunrise Highway on July 16 at 6:17 p.m.

On July 19 at 9:12 a.m., a vehicle operator reported that his car was hit by a truck that left the scene while he was driving on Peninsula Boulevard.

At 7:42 p.m. on July 20, a driver reported that her car was struck by a vehicle that left the scene while it was parked in a lot near Front Street.

On July 27 at 2:22 p.m., a motorist reported that her car was struck by a vehicle that left the scene while she was driving on Lincoln Avenue.
