What to know about voting in the Sea Cliff village election

Sea Cliff residents will be voting in the local election today.

Polls open at noon and will close at 9:00 p.m. Voting will take place at the Sea Cliff Department of Public Works, located at 66 Altamont Ave. in the village.

All three candidates will be running unopposed, with Sea Cliff Mayor Elena Villafane and Village Trustees Mark Sobel and James Versocki on the ballot. Sea Cliff resident Robert Ehrlich announced last week that he is running as a write-in ballot.

Voters are encouraged to bring a photo ID (such as a driver’s license).
