More than 40 residents filled Legion Hall in Malverne to watch a production of “Cinderella,” on Aug. 13. As part of the village’s annual Summer Entertainment Series, the show dazzled children of all ages.
The Malverne Chamber partnered with the village almost 20 years ago to bring entertainment to the youth in the community during the dog days of summer. The annual event, which is free of charge, features local theater groups that usually perform outdoors at venues such as Westwood Park in mid-August.
