Cedarhurst incumbents re-elected to village board

 Village of Cedarhurst incumbents, Mayor Benjamin Weinstock along with board of trustees Ari Brown and Israel "Izzy" Wasser running unopposed were all re-elected on March 21.

Weinstock gained his third term after recieving 399 votes. He become mayor in 2015 after serving as deputy mayor for Andrew Parise who died in February 2015. 

Brown, who is also an assemblyman, was re-elected with 358 votes. Brown has been trustee since 2001.  He also currently serves as the village's deputy mayor.

Wasser earned a third term as trustee after recieving 365 votes.

Cedarhurst resident Michael Hatten, who sits on the Lawrence Board of Education, recieved 76 write-in votes.  Menachem Cohen got 66 write-in votes.
