A 41-year-old Lynbrook resident was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (cocaine) on Charles Street on Feb. 3 at 8:01 a.m.

On Feb. 5 at 7:20 p.m., a 20-year-old Baldwin resident was arrested and charged with identity theft, unlawful possession of personal identification and petit larceny after an incident on Jan. 29 at Audi of Lynbrook, 855 Sunrise Highway.   

At 7:26 p.m. on Feb. 7, a 21-year-old Long Beach woman was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, use of a mobile phone while driving and an equipment violation on Sunrise Highway.

 A 19-year-old North Babylon woman was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operator and uninspected vehicle on Peninsula Boulevard on Feb. 9 at 8:10 a.m.

 

On Feb. 10 at 3:01 p.m., a 41-year-old Lynbrook man was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and failure to signal a turn on Langdon Place.   

At 9:30 p.m. on Feb. 14, a 21-year-old Brooklyn man was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, failure to signal and improper plates on Jarvis Place.   

A 38-year-old Rosedale, Queens resident was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, broken windshield and unregistered vehicle on Hempstead Avenue on Feb. 15 at 11:29 a.m.

Grand larceny

On Feb. 10 at 6 p.m., the owner of Shake A Paw, 1 Atlantic Ave., reported that a customer purchased a French bulldog using fake identification and a fraudulent Discover credit card on Jan. 23 at about 6:15 p.m. The total loss was about $6,480. Lynbrook detectives are investigating the charge.
