Crime watch: Lynbrook, East Rockaway

Arrests

On Feb. 28 at 10:48 p.m., a 51-year-old woman from Jamaica, Queens, was arrested and charged with two counts of aggravated unlicensed operator, unlicensed operator, using a vehicle without an interlock device and moving from a lane unsafely on Sunrise Highway.     

At 8:43 a.m. on Feb. 29, a 27-year-old Baldwin woman was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (ecstasy), unlawful possession of marijuana, uninspected vehicle and fractured windshield on Sunrise Highway.   

A 44-year-old Hempstead man was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operator, unregistered vehicle and circumventing an interlock device on Peninsula Boulevard on March 1 at 9:20 a.m.

On March 1 at 3:57 p.m., a 19-year-old Bay Shore man was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance (LSD), unlawful possession of marijuana, failure to signal a turn and failure to wear a seat belt on Columbus Drive.
