Arrests
On Sept. 24 at 12:57 a.m., Ivan Lassiter, 56, of Hempstead, was arrested and charged with third-degree assault during an investigation at Mercy Medical Center.
Burglary
At 10:45 a.m. on Sept. 21, a Raymond Street resident reported that someone entered his house through the backdoor overnight and stole cash from the kitchen.
Larceny
A person reported that her bicycle was stolen from the Rockville Centre Long Island Rail Road station on Sept. 24 at 7:16 p.m.
Leaving the scene
A motorist reported that her car was struck by a vehicle that left the scene while it was parked on Hanover Place. on Sept. 23 at 4 p.m.
On Sept. 25 at 1:38 p.m., a driver reported that her car was struck by a vehicle that left the scene while it was parked in the lot at 150 N. Village Ave.
