Crime watch: Rockville Centre

On Nov. 7 at 2:16 p.m., a firefighter and an employee of an apartment building were taken to the hospital for a medical evaluation after being exposed to bug repellent.

Burglary

At 1:51 p.m. on Nov. 7, a homeowner reported that someone entered her house through the back door of her home.

Criminal mischief

Someone reported that her ex-boyfriend stole her Apple watch and scratched her face while at her residence. Nassau County police officers arrested the man on Nov. 4.

Larceny

On Oct. 29 at 10:01 p.m., the manager of Rite Aid reported that someone stole items from the store.

At 11:36 a.m. on Nov. 3, the manager of CVS repored that someone stole items from the store.

A landscaper reported that someone stole two leaf blowers from in front of a customer’s home on Nov. 4 at 11:52 a.m.

On Nov. 5 at 11:29 a.m., a homeowner reported that someone stole a bicycle from his garage.

Social host law violation

A homeowner was issued an appearance ticket for allowing minors to consume alcohol during a party at his home on Oct. 30 at 8:57 p.m.
