Malverne School District’s PTA members of the Davison Avenue and Maurice W. Downing schools arranged surprise “Clap Outs” at each building during dismissal the day before the Thanksgiving holiday break.
Parents brought signs, cheered, banged on pots and drums as a way to show gratitude and appreciation for all that the teachers do, especially during these challenging times.
