A man was stabbed outside a shopping center in Freeport on March 19.

A man was stabbed outside a shopping center in Freeport on March 19, according to Freeport Police.
The victim was stabbed outside the Target on the Meadowbrook Commons at the corner of Sunrise Highway and Buffalo Avenue.
The victim was taken to a nearby hospital and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
As of the time of press, no arrests have been made.
Freeport Police officials said the case was being investigated by the Nassau County Police Department. NCPD officials said they would have more information by Friday afternoon.
