RVC chamber celebrates the holiday season

The Rockville Center Chamber of Commerce celebrated the end of another successful year with their holiday party on Monday at Lenox & Park Italian Bistro. President Brian Croutier will step down from the position at the start of 2022, with Lisa Umansky of the Polka Dot Pound Cake café succeeding him.

At the party, Deputy Mayor Kathleen Baxley said that the village trustees have voted to extend outdoor dining until July – the latest the state liquor authority will allow for now. Between that and the continuation of weekend free parking during December, the business district expects to be a popular destination for the holidays.

In November, the chamber had five ribbon cuttings with more expected in the new year. Party attendee and RVCCC member Donna Fiorelli, an attorney in bankruptcy and foreclosure defense for small business owners, was the center of the most recent ribbon cutting as she opened her law office at 265 Sunrise Highway on the fifth floor.
