Mercedes G-Wagon allegedly stolen after burglars break into Hewlett Bay Park home

An investigation is underway for a Hewlett Bay Park alleged burglary that occurred at 3:40 a.m. on Nov. 6.

According to Nassau County Police, two subjects in dark hooded sweatshirts and facemasks allegedly broke into a Woodside Drive home using a pry bar to open a rear window.

The subjects allegedly took and used a key fob for a 2024 Mercedes G-Wagon, to take the car from the garage, fleeing in an unknown direction, police said.
