The City of Long Beach hosted its annual Fall Festival on Saturday where more than 300 people enjoyed seasonal activities like pumpkin picking, a Halloween costume contest and hayrides.
Craft vendors sold goodies and children enjoyed rides, a petting zoo, music and more in Kennedy Plaza, 1 W. Chester St. to celebrate Halloween and the fall season.
Parks and Recreation Assistant Superintendent Paul Ferrante said this year’s award winners were the flower bouquet, Mia Agard, the Long Beach balloon festival, the Ryans and Doherty’s, the headless horseman, Lorenzo Herman, dirty laundry cuties, the Pinto family, Jurassic Park, the Tepper family, Pac Man, the Ford family, the Munster Squad, Sandra Michael, pot of gold rainbow, the Linares and Aupied family, the Naked Cowboy, Rocco Nadeau, Starbucks Coffee and cookie, Ella and Matt Macedo, Elton John, Aurora Cooper, Harry Potter, Hannah Hommel, Groot, Patryck Hogarth, Owlette, Amabeth Clearo and the bulldozer, Dean Morley.
