Nassau County police reported the arrest of a man who on five separate occasions, four of which took place in Valley Stream, is accused of driving up to women, calling out to get their attention and exposing his genitals to them.

Detectives said they believe Corwinn Hall, 27, of Bellport was involved in each reported case, and are seeking information from anyone who suspects they are the victim of a similar incident.

Police said that on March 6, at 5:53 p.m., a 17-year-old woman was walking on Dianne Street when Hall allegedly drove up to her and engaged her in conversation while exposing his genitals before driving off in an unknown direction. Then, at 7:20 p.m., the same day, Hall then allegedly drove up to a 56-year-old woman near the corner of North Grove and Keller streets, and did the same before driving off in an unknown direction.

The reports came in addition to similar incidents that allegedly took place in early February, when Hall reportedly engaged in three similar acts, one of which took place in Garden City South.

On Feb. 4 Hall allegedly approached a 17-year-old girl, at around 4:20 p.m., as she was walking home from Central High School on East Beverly Parkway, and on Feb. 6 he allegedly approached a 47-year-old woman as she was walking on Grove Street, at around 5 p.m. In the latter case, police say the suspect may have been brandishing a black handgun, demanding money.

Hall is scheduled to be arraigned today at the First District Court in Hempstead and is being charged with first-degree attempted robbery and five counts of public lewdness. Detectives ask that anyone with information regarding additional incidents call 1 (800) 244-8477. All calls will be anonymous.
