Manorville Man Indicted for Sending Sexually Graphic Texts to Wantagh Minor

Nassau County D.A. Anne Donnelly announced that a Manorville man was arraigned today on charges of sending sexually explicit text messages to a teenager in Wantagh.

The man - Andrew Quattrone, 39 - of Manorville, allegedly sent these images on January 20, 2022. He has been charged with first degree Disseminating Indecent Material to Minors and Endangering the Welfare of a Child, a Class D Felony and a Class A misdemeanor, respectively.

Quattrone pleaded not guilty to both charges and is being held in Suffolk County jail on another matter at a $1 million bond and $500.000 cash.

If convicted, Quattrone could face up to seven years in prison. In addition to the alleged graphic images, Quattrone tried to meet with the minor in person on January 21 but was scared off when she appeared with friends, according to District Attorney Donnelly.

Quattrone was arrested in Bay Shore on January 22.  He is due back in court on July 18.
