Peninsula Public Library in Lawrence to host virtual job hunting series

The Peninsula Public Library in Lawrence will be hosting a virtual eight-part job hunting series beginning on Oct. 6.

The programs will be hosted via Zoom video and will include information and tips on how to get a job in today’s market. Presenters include Nakita VanStory, Matthew Walker and Kim Neubauer. 

Each session will be held on Tuesday's from Oct. 6 to Dec. 1. The programs include topics such as: identifying your job skills, writing winning resumes, crafting cover letters and more, interviewing with confidence, how to apply for an airport job, get your resume noticed, ace your virtual job interview and use networking to find a job. 

An email with Zoom login details will be sent prior to each program.
