Panera Bread sets up shop in Bellmore

Representatives from Nassau County, the Town of Hempstead and Doherty Enterprises, owner and operator of Long Island’s first two-story Panera Bread restaurant, officially broke bread during its grand opening ceremony in Bellmore on Jan. 13. more
