Connor Garet is an Advanced Placement Scholar with Distinction, National Merit Commended Student and a Bausch & Lomb Honorary Science Award recipient. For the past three years, he took part in a highly selective internship at the Feinstein Institute for Medical Research, conducting hands-on research with epilepsy patients.
Garet served as president of the Students Against Destructive Decisions club and was a member of the varsity wrestling team during his four years at Mepham. He also competed in the Physics Olympics in various events.
Garet will attend Duke University in the fall.
Brandon Needelman is a member of seven honor societies and Mepham’s Authentic Science Research program.
He is also a certified emergency medical worker, and he was a member of the marching band, jazz band and wind ensemble during his four years at Mepham. And he was a peer tutor.
He will attend the University of Miami in the fall.
