North Bellmore parents and children were recently treated to another great performance by Plaza Theatrical Productions of Lynbrook. The company, which has performed many plays at the North Bellmore Library, put on “Pinocchio” to a capacity crowd this past weekend.
The theater group condensed the story of a small wooden puppet that simply wanted to be a real boy. The performance stressed the importance of telling the truth, and the crowd enjoyed the colorful costumes and catchy songs as they watched Pinocchio find his way.
