All Bellmore-Merrick districts cancel school because of snow storm

All five area school districts, including the Bellmore-Merrick Central High School District and the Bellmore, Merrick, North Bellmore and North Merrick elementary districts, have closed school on Thursday, Feb. 13, because of a snow storm that swept across the area early in the morning, causing hazardous road conditions.
