Mostly Cloudy Bellmore Eagle Scouts honored at Town of Hempstead ceremony

Robert Scaduto and John Brady of Bellmore were recently awarded Boy Scouts’ highest honor, the Eagle Scout award. The two were recognized at a Town of Hempstead ceremony honoring Eagle Scouts and Girl Scouts’ Gold Star recipients. On hand for the ceremony were Hempstead Town Supervisor Kate Murray, fourth from left, Councilwoman Dorothy Goosby, second from left, and Clerk Mark Bonilla, third from right. Also joining in the festivities were Nassau County Girl Scouts President Diane McFarland, CEO Donna Ceravolo and Theodore Roosevelt Council BSA District Executive Kathy Brown.
