The Bellmore-Merrick Youth Association, sponsor of the Braves football and cheerleading squads, recently held its annual awards ceremony. Stopping by to present a Town of Hempstead Citation was Town Clerk Mark Bonilla, of Bellmore, front, second from right. BMYA has members from Bellmore, Merrick and East Meadow.
