The incident occurred at 3 a.m. on Saturday. According to detectives, Christina Drew, of Ansbro Place in Bellmore, met the man near Main Street and Merrick Road in Freeport. She then followed him back to his Layton Street home. Police did not say why.

Once inside the home, an altercation between Drew and the victim ensued. Drew pulled a knife, allegedly stabbing him, police said. Drew ran off and was arrested by police a short time later.
