John F. Kennedy High School in Bellmore recently named one student from each academic department to receive Student of the Month recognition for December in recognition of their achievements in a given subject. The students are: Jonathan Abramson (business and Languages Other Than English), Alex Sher (math and science), Christina Maltese (health), Zachary Schmidt (instrumental music), Keith Angrisani (physical education), Sarah Wolk (art), Andrew Sheehan (vocal music), Samantha Malis (family and consumer science), Valentina Elegante (English) and William Goedel (social studies).
