More than 50 cars vandalized in Merrick, Bellmore, Wantagh

The windows and windshields of more than 50 cars in Merrick, North Merrick, Bellmore, North Bellmore and Wantagh were broken with what appeared to be a blunt object between between 11 p.m. Saturday night and 5 a.m. Sunday morning, police said.

No arrests had been made as of press time.

Police ask anyone with information regarding these incidents to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.
