South Shore student honored by state comptroller

Sierra Crowley, a first-grader at South Shore Country Day School in North Bellmore, was recently chosen to receive the New York State Academic Achievement Award from State Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli. In the picture are Sierra, her teacher Megan Campisi and Mike Caplice from the state Comptroller's Office, who presented the award.
