Two arrested for prostitution at Bellmore spa

Two prostitution-related arrests were made in Bellmore on July 21, police said. Hong Yang, 40, and Li Zhang, 35, both of Flushing, were working at Sunday Spa Body/Foot Rub on Merrick Road. The two defendants performed an illegal massage on undercover police officers and then allegedly offered to perform sexual acts in exchange for money. Neither woman is licensed to practice massage therapy.

Yang and Zhang were charged with prostitution and unauthorized practice of a crime. They were set to be arraigned on July 22.
