Three women, two men and a male juvenile, all who live in East Meadow, were arrested on June 29 after police allege they discovered marijuana being sold from one of their homes.

According to Nassau County Police, in conjunction with the Criminal Investigation Rapid Response Team, Felicita Villegas, 48, and her son Kevin, 17, of Blaine Avenue, possessed and sold marijuana from their home.

Police say they sold the drugs to Anthony Ditucci, 21, Stephanie Heim, 17, Marni Tessier, 18, and an unnamed 15-year-old male.

The six individuals were taken into custody without incident, said police, and additional marijuana and U.S. currency were recovered inside the Blaine Avenue residence.

The Villegas were charged with second-degree criminal sale of marijuana, two counts of fourth-degree criminal sale of marijuana, and Felicita Villega was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child. They were arraigned at First District Court in Hempstead on June 30.

Ditucci, Heim and Tessier were charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, and will appear in First District Court in Hempstead on July 5. The juvenile was also charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana and will appear at family court at a later date.
