An evening of tasty delights

E.M. Chamber holds annual food extravaganza

Posted

As the doors to the Glo Nightclub in Westbury were opened on Monday night, an eager and hungry crowd began forming a line for what appeared to be an endless selection of tasty dishes and treats from local
restaurateurs.

Many guests filled their plates with all kinds of food, often making unusual cuisine mixes, to ensure that they tried each and every offering.

The event was the seventh annual Culinary Delights, sponsored by the East Meadow Chamber of Commerce. A portion of the event’s proceedings will be donated to the Nassau University Medical Center Pediatric Department, East Meadow Kamp Kiwanis and the Autism Society of America. The event was organized by event chairs Dolores Rome and John Arigo, along with an event committee and Chamber president Dr. Janine Kelly.
