The W.T. Clarke Parents and Booster Club hosted its annual winter fundraiser last Friday at Borrelli’s Italian Restaurant in East Meadow. The organization has supported Clarke student athletes since 1975. Since then, it has awarded more than $100,000 in scholarships for senior athletes.
The winter fundraiser is one of three events held throughout the year. The next two Booster Club events are Lottery Lunacy, on April 9, and the annual Golf Outing on June 9. For more information, call co-president Wally Kakareko at (516) 233-7896 or Kim Gottstein at (516) 639-9804.
