Vietnam Moving Wall comes to Lynbrook
Half-size replica erected in Greis Park for three days; ceremonies planned

Schedule of ceremonies
The Moving Wall will be available for viewing 24 hours a day, starting on June 10 and ending on June 13 in Greis Veterans Memorial Park in Lynbrook.Services will be held nightly at 7 p.m., followed by taps. The village will also use the recreation center to house an exhibit of Vietnam-related history and memorabilia.
On Sunday, June 13, at 5 p.m. a “Massing of Colors and Parade” will be held, with guest speaker Rocky Bleier, Pittsburg Steelers four-time Super Bowl champion, who is also a Vietnam vet, a Purple Heart and Bronze Star recipient. Closing ceremonies will be at 7 p.m.
