Carlos Jonathon Alarcon and Jessica Francine Marcus, of East Meadow, were married at Town Hall on Valentine’s Day by Town Clerk Nasrin Ahmad.

Carlos Jonathon Alarcon and Jessica Francine Marcus, both East Meadow residents, celebrated Valentine’s Day by getting married at the wedding chapel in Hempstead’s Town Clerk Office. The Valentine’s Day wedding ceremony was performed by Town Clerk and Salisbury resident Nasrin Ahmad.
