More than 100 students attended Battle of the Classes at W.T. Clarke High School on Feb. 16. Students filed into the gym decked in class colors and fiercely competed in numerous activities.

Some enthusiastic teachers also participated in the events that included tug o’ war, a scavenger hunt, basketball shootout and cage ball.

Seniors, who wore black, commanded the night and happily celebrated as champions of Battle of the Classes. Sophomores, in grey, placed second, followed by juniors in maroon, freshman wearing white and, bringing up the rear, teachers in pink.

W.T. Clarke High School cheerleaders, who recently placed 12th in a national competition, were also present and entertained the crowd with a show stopping routine.
