On July 16 at midnight, a 19-year-old of Coram, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of marijuana on Railroad Avenue in Lynbrook.
At midnight on July 16,a 20-year-old man of Coram, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of marijuana on Railroad Avenue in Lynbrook.
A 30-year-old of Farmingville, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance, aggravated unlicensed operation, leaving the scene of an incident and use employer’s vehicle without an interlock device on Hamilton Street in Lynbrook on July 17 at 11:20 a.m.
On July 18 at 12:51 a.m., a 23-year-old woman of Valley Stream, was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, unlawful possession of marijuana and equipment violations on Merrick Road in Lynbrook.
Unauthorized use of a vehicle
At 1:35 p.m. on July 14, a complainant, the office manager of JTL Auto Inc. located at 504 Route 25 Selden, NY, reported that their 2003 Land Rover was dropped off at Dealer Alternative 675 Merrick Road, Lynbrook, for engine repair. The complainant attempted to contact Dealer Alternative for an update but received no answer by phone and upon driving to the location found the repair shop no longer open for business.
Petit larceny
On July 15 at 10:45 a.m., the complainant, a physician with Long Island Neurology Consultants located at 777 Sunrise Hwy., Lynbrook, reported that a prescription pad was taken from their office.
Criminal mischief
At 3:10 p.m. on July 15, a complainant, the owner of Synergy Fitness Club located at 640 Merrick Road, Lynbrook, reported that ten locker doors were damaged in the men’s locker room. The total amount of the damage is $3,000.
Burglary
On July 20 at 1:51 p.m., the complainant reported that an unknown person(s) entered their residence, located at 23 Blossom Heath Ave., Lynbrook, through an unlocked rear door. The complainant reported that five watches, a 14 carat gold ring, a 14-carat necklace and charm were taken from their residence. The total amount of the loss is $1,290.
