Goblins, ghouls, princesses, and pooches of all types descended on Memorial Park Saturday, Oct. 28 for the Village of East Rockaway’s annual Pet Costume Parade and Halloween Party in the Park. There were crafts and games for kids and a costume parade, and then the pet parade. Neighborhood groups like the Kiwanis Club, Historical Society of East Rockaway and Lynbrook, Centre Avenue PTA offered gifts and merchandise.
