ERHS Class of '77 celebrates 50th birthdays together

Members of East Rockaway High SChool Class of 1977 celebrated their 50th birthdays together with a bash at the East Rockaway Yacht Club recently.

On Saturday, Sept. 26, East Rockaway High School class of 1977 celebrated their 50th birthdays together as a class.
Many of their former teachers — Mr. Forbes, Mrs. Brock, Mr. Kilcommons, Mr. Pollack, and Mr. Severino — were invited to the big birthday bash at the East Rockaway Yacht Club. The class host, Hank Benning, was instrumental in organizing and planning this event since the class’s 30th reunion in 2007.
