East Rockaway resident Mike Malloy, left, manager of Pet Behavior Services at North Shore Animal League America, took “Best in Show” with shelter dog Henry while on the talk show “The View” Feb. 19. Malloy was Henry’s handler on the segment, which contested five dogs from NSALA against five audience members’ dogs in a friendly competition. Westminster Dog Show Professional Judge David Frei, at right, had the difficult job of choosing the tail-wagging winner. All of the dogs on the show have already found loving homes
