Arrests
On Feb. 21 at 10:45 p.m., a 31-year old Long Beach man was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and improper exhaust on Atlantic Avenue.
At 10:50 p.m. on Feb. 22, A 37-year-old of Garden City man was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation and improper exhaust on Lafayette Avenue.
On Feb. 23 at 2:10 a.m., an 18-year0old of Lynbrook was arrested and charged with criminal trespassing at Greis Park on Wilbur Street.
A 19-year-old Malverne man was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Davison Avenue at 10:06 p.m. on Feb. 23.
On Feb. 23 at 10:06 p.m., a 19-year-old Malverne man was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct (warrant) on Davison Avenue.
At 4:05 p.m. on Feb. 24, a 53-year-old Lynbrook man was arrested and charged with grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property at CVS 633 Merrick Rd.
On Feb. 25 at 2:39 a.m.,a 23-year-old Jamaica man was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation (warrant) on Saperstein Plaza in Lynbrook.
At 4:25 a.m., on Feb. 26, a 27-year-old Valley Stream was arrested and charged with criminal mischief at 44 Stauderman Ave.
On Feb. 28 at 8:10 a.m., a 54-year-old Lynbrook was arrested and charged with a warrant for Town of Hempstead code for illegal structure (3 counts) on Franklin Avenue.
At 9 p.m. on Feb. 28, a 55-year-old Roosevelt was arrested and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation and failure to signal on Atlantic Avenue.
On March 2 at 10:35 p.m., a 17-year-old Jamaica man was arrested and charged with identity theft on 256th Street in Jamaica.
A 57-year-old Valley Stream man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation on Merrick Road at 11:10 p.m. on March 5.
Criminal mischief
An unknown person(s) damaged the screen door of a residence located on Edwin Court in Bay Park on Feb. 19.
Between Feb. 24 at noon and Feb. 26 at 6:30 p.m. an unknown person(s) damaged a fence surrounding a residence located on Cornell Place in East Rockaway.
