Arrests
On June 6 at 11:02 p.m., a 27-year-old Lynbrook man was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Merrick Road in Lynbrook.
On June 7 at 4:24 p.m., a 28-year-old Springfield Gardens woman was arrested and charged with robbery in the third degree, which occurred at Sally’s Beauty Supply, 649 Sunrise Highway in Lynbrook.
On June 7 at 10:12 p.m,, a 37-year-old Flushing woman was arrested and charged with prostitution at the Lynbrook Capri Motor Inn, 5 Freer St. in Lynbrook.
On June 7 at 10:20 p.m., a 54-year-old East Rockaway man was arrested and charged with patronizing a prostitute at the Lynbrook Capri Motor Inn, 5 Freer St. in Lynbrook.


Burglary
Between 7:30 and 9:30 p.m. on June 8, a house on Centre Street was burglarized. According to police, the subject entered through a rear window, and a Nintendo Wii game console, jewelry, and $700 in cash was taken.


Criminal mischief

Between 10 p.m. on June 4 and 8 a.m. on June 5, a rock was thrown through the rear windshield of a vehicle parked on Howland Road in East Rockaway.
Between 7 p.m. on June 3 and 9 a.m. on June 6, an unknown subject caused damage to the Tutor Time sign located on Main Street in East Rockaway.

Identity theft
On June 20 at 5 pm, a resident on Cammerer Avenue in East Rockaway reported being the victim of identity theft. According to police, there were multiple unauthorized withdrawals to their Citibank account.

Larceny
Between 3:30 p.m. on June 1 and 7 a.m. on June 2, a GPS system was taken from a vehicle parked on Main Street in East Rockaway.
On June 2 at 4:30 a.m., a digital camera was taken from a vehicle parked in a driveway on Phipps Avenue in East Rockaway.
On 11 p.m. on sometime between June 5 and 12 p.m. and June 6, a bicycle was taken from in front of an apartment located on Front Street in East Rockaway.
