Dog training in East Rockaway

The Bethany Congregational Church of East Rockaway, at 100 Main St., is offering a five-week dog training session beginning on Sept. 7. The advanced obedience class will be at 7 p.m., the puppy course will be at 7:30 p.m. and the beginner obedience class will be at 8:30 p.m. The cost of the program is $140 for a five-week class.
