The Village of East Rockaway, along with its local veterans organizations, hosted its annual parade and honor ceremonies at Memorial Park on Atlantic Avenue.
The local fire department, veterans and auxiliary groups, school bands, scout troops and organizations marched in the sun -- meeting with a cheering crowd on every corner.
