Mostly Cloudy 2 injured in Dutch Broadway accident

Two people were injured in a two-vehicle collision on Dutch Broadway in Elmont, near Keegan Street, on Jan. 18, in the early afternoon.
The Elmont Fire Department and Nassau County's 5th Precinct came to the scene of the accident, and firefighters used hydraulic tools to remove the door of one of the vehicles, where a driver was trapped.
The two injured individuals were transported to local hospitals by county and fire department ambulances. The 5th Precinct has not issued a release for this accident.
