An accident occurred on March 21, around 8:15 p.m., on Hempstead Turnpike in Elmont, near Belmont Park.

At least one vehicle, pictured here, was badly damaged, including a broken windhield and dented front end and hood. Officers from the Nassau County Police Department's 5th Precinct responded to the scene.

The 5th Precinct has not issued a release regarding this accident. Details, including possible injuries, are unknown.
