Sen. Fuschillo collecting food for veterans

State Sen. Charles Fuschillo Jr., a Republican from Merrick, will be collecting non-perishable food items at his booth the Bellmore Family Street Festival this weekend, for donation to Long Island veterans. Long Island Cares, Inc., The Harry Chapin Food Bank, will be distributing the food to veterans in need. The Chamber of Commerce of the Bellmores sponsors the fair.
