Summer Stage
Annie Get Your Gun
Annie Oakley, that sharpshooter from Ohio, blazes onto the stage at Harry Chapin Lakeside Theatre, when Plaza Theatrical Productions brings the classic musical to Eisenhower Park. This rousing hit features such beloved Irving Berlin songs as “There’s No Business Like Show Business” and “Anything You Can Do, I Can Do Better.” Merrick resident Jordan Smith (a graduate of Rockville Centre’s South Side High School) stars as Annie Oakley. She is joined by Jason Schoenberger, of East Rockaway, as Frank Butler. Bring a chair or a blanket and enjoy the summer tradition of theater under the stars.
Friday, July 23, 7:30 p.m. Free admission. Harry Chapin Lakeside Theatre, Eisenhower Park, East Meadow. (516) 572-0200 or special events line at (516) 572-0223.
