Arrests

INWOOD- Joseph Zullo of Floral Park was arrested for driving while intoxicated at the intersection of Burnside Avenue and Nassau Expressway on Aug. 17 at midnight, police said.

CEDARHURST- Andre Rozzell, 37, of Queens, was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle-second degree and four violations of vehicle and traffic law on Aug. 26 at 10:15 p.m. at the corner of Rockaway Turnpike and Peninsula Boulevard, according to police.

Robbery

INWOOD- At least eight men allegedly assaulted a 47-year-old man and took his cell phone and a workbag containing painting supplies on Monroe Street at 10:27 p.m. on Aug. 30, police said.

According to police, one of the men wearing a white shirt asked for the time as the man took out his cell phone, another man on a bicycle wearing a black hooded sweatshirt stopped in front of him with about six other men.

All the men fled and headed toward the Redfern Housing complex, police said. The man was taken to a local hospital and was treated for his injuries.

Auto Larceny

CEDARHURST- According to police, a door lock was broken and money was stolen from a car that was parked on Carlyle Street between midnight to 8 a.m. on Aug. 16.

CEDARHURST- Officials said several items were removed from an unlocked vehicle parked on Oxford Road on Aug. 17 at 8 p.m.

INWOOD- A key was stolen from an unlocked vehicle that was parked on Elizabeth Street on Aug. 15 from 1 to 7 p.m.

INWOOD- A hand truck and some food items were stolen from a vehicle parked on Roosevelt Avenue on Aug. 25 between 12:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m., police said.

LAWRENCE- A wallet was taken from a vehicle parked on Ocean Avenue on Aug. 20 at 9 p.m., authorities said.

MEADOWMERE- Tools from a commercial van on Rockaway Boulevard were stolen on Aug. 18 at 6 p.m., according to police.

NORTH WOODMERE- Police said loose change and bridge tokens were taken from a vehicle parked on Fairview Avenue between 5 to 8 p.m. on Aug. 12.

Criminal mischief

WOODMERE- A vehicle parked on Green Place was broken into on Aug. 14 anytime from 7:30 p.m. until 6:30 a.m., according to authorities.
